Key City Fish Company delivers retail orders utilizing the shipping services of UPS. To assure maximum freshness of the order received by our customers, we target a delivery time of 24 hours from pick up at our facility to arrival at your doorstep. We guarantee arrival within 48 hours.  All products are packed in Styrofoam  cooler boxes with gel ice packs that are designed to keep product cold for up to 48 hours. We ship orders from our facility three days per week only,  every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (with the exception of major national holidays).  

All online orders shipped by Key City Fish Company are to be paid in advance using nationally recognized credit cards –– VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express ––and debit card payment systems.

Key City Fish guarantees that your shipment will arrive within 48 hours of shipment in a safe, top quality condition. If delivery does not occur during this time frame and concern for the quality of the products shipped is in question Key City Fish Co. will reship your order at a later date of your choosing during the year or will return the cost of  your purchase.
